EXCHANGES/RETURNS: Please EMAIL LTB with the subject “Returns” to loyalteeboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to begin the return process. We do not honor returns after 7 days have passed... please respect that our inventory is constantly changing and please please please...

- Please TRY ON all items as soon as you receive them to make sure they fit correctly.

- All items returned are to be unworn, with tags attached and free of odor.

- IF YOU PURCHASE AND WALK OUT OF THE BOUTIQUE WEARING AN ITEM FROM LTB OR WALK IN WEARING AN ITEM WITH A TAG ATTACHED, IT IS NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. Please understand these items cannot be resold!

- If shipping back a return, we cannot hold any items until we receive your item. At that point, we can see if the size requested for an exchange is available. It’s kind of like at Target, they don’t hold items until they’re returned... right?! Thank you for understanding.

- You can return your item(s) emailed about to 600 S Mill St. Suite C, Clio, MI 48420.

- There is a THREE item limit per month for returns. Shipping will not be refunded as there is a restocking fee. It does take us time to pull the items, package it, print labels and drop off at the post office.

- LTB is not responsible for return shipping charges unless item arrives damaged. We do our best to inspect each item, but please contact us with issues.

- LTB reserves the right to decline any items shipped back that fail to comply with the above return policy.

- The customer decides whether they would like a refund or credit with LTB. All credits expire after 60 days.
